Don't Wanna Go To Bed...Don't Wanna Stay Up

I was browsing through some pictures, checking my e-mail, etc and realized I should probably go to bed but I don't want to and I don't really want to stay up either. I just feel restless. I have a big day of entertaining tomorrow and I really need to get some sleep so that I will feel great tomorrow but I'm not in the mood to go to sleep. I may read some of my sappy love story for a while....I am just so BORED!!!!! I haven't said that in so long...I am VERY BORED...that is my problem. I feel like calling my mom just to tell her I am bored...she used to hate for us to say that growing up. That would be funny to call her and wake her up just to tell her I am bored. Nah...I won't do that but it would be funny.

Okay...this is boring too...better go to bed...or not....or read...or something.

Later Gaters!

  1. Ohhh, are you getting that restless stay at home mommy syndrome? I have a hard time forcing myself to go to bed. I generally have 0 time to myself and once my kids and hubby are in bed, it's the only alone time I have! But then I always kick myself for it the next morning when I am dragging my feet because I stayed up until midnight and had to get up early!

  2. It seems like I am emotionally exhausted (keeping up with toddler mood swings takes a toll) but I am not physically or mentally exhausted at the end of the day. I am used to being totally exhausted at the end of the day, thus I have never had a problem sleeping before now. If only I could get a nap around 2:00 everyday when the sleeps seems extra delicious!!!!

  3. hey, if you can, I say go for it. Cate is 5 and obviously doesn't nap anymore and she gets out of school at 11:30 every morning. But I usually set her up with snacks, a drink, and computer games and then I crash on the couch while the boys take their 3 hour nap. I don't do it often, but if I need my sleep...yep.
